O QUE RESTA
O que resta (What Remains) brings together works created through an exploration of the territory of Mirandela — its landscape, stone, water, night, legends, traditions and the forms of resistance held within local memory.
Rather than portraying the place in a documentary way, the series seeks to listen to it and question what remains after the passage of time. Female bodies, natural forms, wounds, gestures of protection, regeneration and insurrection move through a body of work in which memory is never static: what remains continues to act upon the present.
