GAIA

Gaia begins with the idea of origin and belonging. The body draws closer to the landscape, and the human figure ceases to exist as an isolated entity, entering into relation with the earth, matter and an older memory. Between Gaia and Pangeia, the series considers what connects us before separation: a shared territory that is at once physical, symbolic and ancestral.
