Fala da possibilidade de viver muitas vidas numa só, de conservar a esperança e a capacidade de renovação. A mão aponta para o recomeço, para o “re-ser”, mesmo antes que as luzes se apaguem, utilizando o ponto de contorno que data as primeiras tapeçarias em ponto de Arraiolos do séc. XVI.

An embrace that holds an uplifted hand, wrapped in words such as “to be,” “to be born,” “to re-be,” and “to be reborn.” It speaks of the possibility of living many lives in one, of preserving hope and the capacity for renewal. The hand points to a new beginning, to “re-being,” even before the lights go out, using the outline stitch that dates back to the first Arraiolos stitch tapestries of the 16th century.
